Products & Availability

All artwork, ceramics, and handmade goods are created in small batches and are subject to availability. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, size, and finish are expected and make each piece unique.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update pricing at any time without notice.

Ordering & Payment

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Shop Drops & Limited Releases

Many Samantha Ann Art collections are released in limited quantities through scheduled shop drops.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve that item. Products are only secured once checkout is completed and payment has been successfully processed. Items may sell out while in your cart.

Shipping

Processing and shipping times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Once an order has been shipped, Samantha Ann Art is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at art.samanthaann@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Upon verification, we may offer a similar replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except in cases of verified shipping damage as outlined above.
