If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at art.samanthaann@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the packaging

Once the damage has been verified, we will work with you to provide a similar replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Please note that slight variations in color, texture, size, and finish are a natural part of handmade artwork and ceramics and are not considered defects.
